I wish tagged classics were region 1 :(

My DVD player is region free, but PAL still plays funny in it because of the FPS difference

Tagged Classics are the reason that Silvervision is great. I'm not so fussed they aren't the original DVD's that go for obsene money on Ebay, I'm just interested in getting my collection complete. Plus with all the great converts we have, it's just a matter of buying a few empty cases, print a few covers off and you're done.

Plus the whole blurring crap would do my nut in.

When they start releasing 2001 stuff, oh my lord. I expect the X-Seven DVD to be one of the biggest selling DVD's in SV history.

Sorry if I'm rubbing it in here. haha

Man these tagged classics are getting better and better. I remember these ppvs as i watched them when i was first into wrestling. The last man standing match between Jericho and HHH is fucking awesome.

Gonna get loads of these when my student loan comes in.

I love Tagged Classics. As they're unblurred and stuff, I always buy them to replace my old vhs to dvd converts. I know some people hate that the music in them and stuff is edited, but it doesn't bother me that much. I'd rather have awesome quality, and a few music edits!!

I've bought all the 2000 Tagged Classics so far.

I usually buy the events that I didnt have on DVD first of all.

I should be buying NWO/Backlash and Judgement Day/Fully Loaded. Already got Rumble 1999-2000. Got the original Wrestlemania 2000 off eBay for about 20 odd quid. The same for X7.

They tend to be the same quailty that the original release was at the time, or better quality of they are PPVs that were never originally released on DVD.

Yeah, if a PPV was released on DVD before .i.e Wrestlemania 15 or Summerslam 99, all they do is repackage the DVD and stick a new menu on it, the quality and special features are exactly the same.

If a PPV has never been on DVD before, they use the exact footage that was on the original VHS release (i.e if the video had extra footage at the end the DVD has it as well), except it looks better, due to being on DVD obviously.

Fair play, they're class, plus you don't have the blurred logos or the music overdubs that the Anthology/3 Disc sets etc. have, the only time anything is different to the PPV broadcast is if it was changed on the original VHS/DVD release as well.

Yeh. Sometimes there is a small blip too if the original tape is not in amazing condition. I remember on one of my tagged classics, I believe it was Bad Blood 1997, there is a black screen that appears for a second during one of the matches, obviously where the original master tape is a bit mangled lol. They usually have a warning of this at the start of the DVD, that it may happen, because of the old tapes they use.

Yeah, also if anyone has Summerslam 98 and In Your House 15: A Cold Day in Hell, they have warnings at the start and if you watch them, they dont look quite as good, it's difficult to explain in what way, but if you watch them you'll see what I mean, it's like they're not playing "smoothly". Looks like they're not playing at the right frame rate type thing.

Im probably gonna buy all the '99 and 2000 tagged classics to bring back the memories.

The thing is i already have RR 2000, WM2000 & WM17, so its gonna be a bit odd lol
